The Restaurant
On the slopes of Monte Grappa, a few kilometers from Bassano and Asolo, lies Borso, between the limestone massif behind and the rolling hills which are slightly attenuated to the plain.
The Locanda Montegrappa (also known as “Dalla Silvia”) is located in the centre of the village, a structure of long tradition, and creates an extraordinary balance between the traditional cuisine of the Pedemontana del Grappa and the openings to the most modern dishes. The strong point of our proposals is the buffet of appetizers where you can choose from more than twenty different types. Another flagship are the first courses, with great attention to the local products.
In spring, the main protagonists on the table are the White Asparagus of Bassano and the Bisi of Borso, famous for their sweetness while during the winter the Radicchio of Treviso.
